We always strive to save you money For regular clients, telephone assistance under 5 minutes is free of charge. If warranties or other support contracts you hold from manufacturers or Internet Service Providers entitle you to free support, we will help you contact the correct service center. If in our opinion your computer, peripheral, or software installation is not worth fixing (or will cost more to fix than a new replacement), we will inform you at the earliest possible time. Compare us to the alternatives If your computer requires service, compare our service to taking your computer to a local shop. For shop service, you must unhook your computer, pack all the cables and parts in your car, drive down to the local computer shop, haul in the lot, and get an estimate. This estimate will likely cost you between $55 and $100 and service can take many days.
